Advanced:

10 thrusters tough
80 double unders

Intermediate:
4 sets:
10 thrusters tough
60 double unders
rest 2 min

Beginners:
3 sets:
10 thrusters
60 sec AD (tough!)
rest 2 min

Well Monday was a nice day with spring-like temps so the On Ramp class did the workout that they did on their first night again. As you can see by the numbers this stuff works! Great job to all!
