A.Shoulder Press 1 RM.
Bar x 5 x 2
55% x 5
65% x 5
75% x 3
85% x 2
Singles until you reach a 1RM.
Take a big breath in and hold it during your lift. Keep feet planted on the floor and shoulder blades pinched together .

Then:
Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds perform
5 HSPU
30 double unders
5 CTB

Beginners do 3 negatives for HSPU AND CTB and 30 tuck jumps for DU.

3 rounds of:
Wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball, 10-ft. target (reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 lb. (reps)
Box jump, 20-inch (reps)
Push press, 75 lb. (reps)
Row (calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
