Saturday Workout of the Day

In teams of three, alternate to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Goblet Carry Alternating Reverse Lunges
10 Burpees
Each team will get three stations ā€“ one work, and two rest. While Teammate A is completing the couplet, Teammate B is resting in the plank position, and Teammate C is resting from the hang position on a pull-up bar. When Teammate A completes their burpees, they tag out Teammates B&C and take Teammate Cā€™s spot on the pull-up bar.

Example men share 135# C&J 74 times
or
Women share 65# C&J 100 times.
You pick the weight.
Record time to board.

Then for time:

100m buddy carry

50 M sled push
10 supine strict pull ups. ( advanced do L pull ups)
10 GH raises. ( beginners do back extensions)
