40 Squats (Partner holds bottom of squat)
40 Sit Ups (Partner holds L sit)
40 Wall Balls (Partner holds bottom of front squat)
40 Burpees (partner holds plank)

30 Bar Facing Burpees

15 Muscle Ups (or 30 Pull ups + 30 Dips)
50 Walking Lunges
100 Double Unders

This is a two person workout. Each person completes all reps. Person 1 must complete all reps of a movement then person 2 may begin that movement until all movements complete.
