Tabata Mash Up’s 8 Min Rounds: (16 Min total)

DB Push Press – DB Bent Over Rows 45/30
Box Jump Over 24/20 – Toe 2 Bar

Each class will split into two groups. Complete 20 seconds of the first exercise then you have 10 seconds to get to the second exercise. Complete 8 20 second rounds of each exercise then switch movements with the other half of the class.

Be sure to check the board in the weightroom and follow the “Warm Up Calculator” for the Press. Increase weight for each set with the last set being your heaviest. Beginners, use a light/moderate weight and work on technique.
