 With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  11. Well, we all know that I am the best golfer any of us have ever seen. I mean it was in everyone’s best interest I leave after 9 holes as I was already like 67 below par at that point so, it was getting shameful for you guys.
