I swear….I think I will be able to do a muscle up before I could do 120 pull ups and 120 ring dips. The pull ups are fine, but my ring dips $u@k.
Alt WOD today is 3 Rounds of 12 Snatch Balance (or muscle snatch, your choice), 21 Pull ups and 400 m run.
Cool. Alt WOD. However I am going to work on jumping or banded MU’s too. Must work on weaknesses.
You only appreciate the skin on your hands when it’s gone… ouch
