5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    Pistol SMOKED us all today – great job…impressive. Only 13 rounds for daddy-long-legs… (have a long friggin’ way to squat to that damn ball!). That and push-ups got to me. Enough excuses… Stella said it – lookin’ forward to day off.
