Here’s your proof guys!  Shandy rocked this workout of 1 rep heavy thrusters. 

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
65 Pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups

  2. How many ways can we do thrusters this month?
    Awesome work out today. Did 53# thrusters with assisted pull ups. Probably a suck factor 2 to3 today. I got 12 rounds.
    Way to go Joy and Leanne. Leanne, glad your back. Joy…awesome first day and 13 rounds at that. Way to go.

  5. Pebbles – the help I got was Brad telling me through my fatigue to “keep moving” and “get two more rounds.” He hasn’t yelled at me yet but I’m sure that day will come soon!

  6. SALT – not good when paired with margaritas but the perfect accompaniment with torn-up hands…right Breeze?
