"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of: Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) Box Jump, 20" box (Reps) Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories) In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Yeah, Jenny, I think I remember regretting saying last time that a minute of anything couldn’t be THAT BAD!!! (anyone that watched idol last night knows that is bs)

    “300”, “Tergo Original A*$ Whippin’ Marathon”, “Fight Gone Bad”….. I need a rest day.
    Great work Christy (my teammate); 254 with the weights you were pushing is awesome. I see a PR in sight at your certification!

  6. That was FUN! Really loved FGB. I was lucky enough to have Sammy as my partner. Looking forward to that work out again. Can’t wait to see some other scores. Sammy had the high score so far and RX too.I definately see where I can improve next time. Jumping instead of standing still for the first 30 seconds of box jumps will be a good start!Good luck everyone.

  10. Awesome workout today! I’m still licking my wounds. Awesome job Kimpossible & Pebbles. I’m coming for you both next time! Kudos to Gigi who got her first pull up since elementary school today! AND she made it look easy?! How did that happen? Here’s a big smooch to your bicep!
