30 Push Ups

  3. Jenny…way to be there. I will learn to share my toys better for 7am work out friends!!
    So glad we got to run a mile and a half today. NOT!40 minutes and change. YUK. This work out kicked my ass.Defintely worked off a few beers. If only I drank just a few latley.

  5. Just went to our dry cleaners to have pants altered.Needed taken in at the waist and hips. Thank You CrossFit. 1 more size down and it’s time for a whole new wardrobe.AWESOME!
