Three rounds for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps (You must snatch or clean and jerk the weight up)
50 Double-unders

  3. Rest day today after a fairly heavy last two days. I’ll be back in tomorrow at lunch. Is it OK Brad and Kim if I am a little late in tomorrow? I have a meeting that is supposed to run until 11.30am, so I may not be in the gym until 11.45am or so? Also, will the gym be open after class tomorrow. I’d like to try and lift first and then make up today’s workout after that. No worries if its not possible.
