CrossFit Games Open 11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups

Cherie Chan 0 rounds + 5 muscle-ups (90lbs, 95 reps), Rory McKernan 0 rounds + 4 muscle-ups (94 reps).
Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the CrossFit Games Open.

  6. Christine, you can do bar facing burpees and overhead squats. You’ll have to sub pull ups and dips for the muscle ups. Pebbles, do you have rhabdo?

    Glad you got the money, so sorry you were out of pocket for so long.

  9. Are we going to put in a team or two into the “Us Vs. Them” event hosted by the Garage Games at the end of this month (April 30th). Looks like fun and would be a good team event for us to get ready for regionals if we end up making it. Thoughts? We could probably get two teams together for it?

    My workmates thank you because I was in a vile mood before the workout, now I’m enchanting – that’s what bar-facing burpees do for me!!
    Special Treat: I saw all the Original Big Dawgs today at the box. I even caught a glimpse of G-dog leaving the parking lot.

  15. Pistol, is Sunday open for the Open WOD. If it is, I may have a crack at it on Thursday/Friday to warm up and then do it for real on Sunday.

  19. The WOD had more than Burpees in it? hmmm missed the OHS must have been that person eating chicken salad behind me…HUGE distraction!

  21. did all burpees/bar jumps(60)….only able to get in 15 OHS (53lbs.)…..so 75 reps for me…..weight was low on OHS because my legs hurt from Monday’s WOD still!!!! Happy for the 10 minute workout…:) See everyone at lunch tomorrow…
