  1. What’s the difference between the push press and the push jerk?
Tabata row – sounds like a lot of sweat. Need it!!

  2. Push jerk is like split jerk but feet land parallel not split. So you land with bent knees like in a quarter squat as opposed to a push press which is dip drive with no movement of the feet and you land with straight legs.
Tabata is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. Post total meters.

  3. Thanks Pebbles!!

  4. Well Eric almost tabata rowed his self right out the back door!
Nick got 933M and it would have been more had he not popped right off the seat.

  5. Your welcome….I can talk weightlifting anytime 🙂

  6. Thats a great pic of Ed and his full KB extension. Lets get that KB a little higher ED!

  7. David Dyer is a machine. Holy Crap with the 405 DL last night. Geez.

  8. Ed, don’t listen to Bostic. He’s just bitter that he kept getting “no rep” at Regionals. you’re form is impeccable and i have no doubt that you follow game standards as objectively as possible

  9. Yo hater, if that picture was taken a half a second later you would see that my arms were fully locked out, KB completely vertical and paused at the top of the swing. If I wanted the feedback of a novice athlete, then I would just talk to G-Dog.

  10. Edward…. Remember I can easily step on you.

  11. GDog …I think he will be a great athlete for crossfit scaled!

  12. Yep…strong like calf.

  13. Ed CFNF is that a sausage in your pocket or are you happy to see the 2pood KB over in corner because no way you can swing RX!

  14. hahaha….totally a BULL!
I just want to say how proud I am of the youth weightlifters working in weightlifting camp 6 hours a week this summer. It’s HOT from 2pm to 4pm but they are awesome…they listen and then do things correctly after being told ONE time. CFNFers you should show up and take notes!
I see some awesome weightlifters coming out of our gym in the future. woohoo!

  15. Ummm, why are you looking at my crotch?
