25 Burpees
Row 750 meters
50 Burpees
Row 500 meters
75 Burpees

  3. Awwwww…Burpees! Gotta love em! I did this wod in 25 and change. Had a new guy come in for the 11:30, he just got in from Iraq and wants to workout with a competetive group tomorrow. If any of you plan on working out tomorrow can you please post what time?

    I will probably be working out in the morning cause Ive got golf later in the afternoon so I could workout at the 8:30 or 9:30 times.
    Unfortunately, though, I wont be doing any upper body workouts until Monday (or Tuesday I guess since y’all will be closed). My arm just hurts too bad after working out right now. So this week I’m gonna destroy my legs instead.

    What a work out today. 27 something. It was purely a survival work out. I am pretty sure anything that resembled good form went out the window on round 2.
    If you did this work out today, you probably took a little of CFNF home with you. I think my hands may be black for two weeks.
    Way to go 5:30 crew. I don’t see how you guys do that at night. I am going back to 7am tomorrow. 😉
