    Loved this work out.
    Sherri Allen…heard you rocked.great job gettin back into that type of lifting.
    Yea Jenny for making the 5:45AM and to everyone else that was on the board.That was pretty early to be doing 90 burpees!

  7. Gigi is the 12:30 M,W,F grandmother of 5 who has been out of town the past few days. Looks like I have missed some real doozies!!! I’ll be there tomorrow…be nice Kimbo!
    P.S. jenny..you’re nuts! First, for working out at 5:45 AM (no can do) and for running in the lightning!! I had to drive in that crap all day today! Alabama was the worse!!!

  8. What’s up guys?! Thanks for the props christy and kim and brad! I LOVED IT! I am feelin it today though!! ANYTHING beats running, and that was definitely my kind of workout. R u with me on that one Pebbles?? I can’t do the BTB thing on Saturday..i have some kids to train that morning at the track. I may be able to do the 12:30 on friday, will let ya know!

  9. I’m with ya Sherri.I enjoyed putting 115# up over my head BUT I am running my A@# off. (Literally) I WILL get better at running. Will miss ya Saturday.
