Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest up to three minutes between each round.

Post total time to comments.

If you did yesterdays WOD with 120 pullups/dips you will substitute box jumps for pullups.

    When I looked, this was not posted! I did a little something, nothing quite like the WOD…. long bike ride, sit ups and push ups. Guess I need to go do more of each, huh?
    p.s. my wagon crashed and I fell off…

  4. The workout was great!!! My arms are still screaming from yesterday…. I can hardly lift them over my head!! But I feel great and glad to be a part…Hagler

  5. This workout was super fun! I worked out with “Hammertime Hagler” & “Primetime Hickey” these ladies will keep you on your toes! Still no muscle up for me today 🙁 I think I have to work on a deeper dip! Cheers!
