HAGS, had a schedule change this morning. Working from home. Be in Wednesday.
worked out today…my WOD was…. 5 rounds…..1000m row…15 kb swings(35) …15 thrusters(55)…15 burpees….time…49:33rx…substituted KB swings for pull-ups…my hands are jacked up….see u at lunch jacklyn tomorrow…have a 10 am client so I will be there…:)
Good first day back in although I am currently under the weather. Back squatted and shoulder pressed first and then two short WOD’s the second of which, with Stringer and Breeze, was awful.

WOD 2 4rnds of 70lb Prowler, 10 HSPU, 10 Squat jumps, 10 bent rows (95lbs). Took forever. 15.25Rx
It’s not going to be much fun tomorrow, based on the way I am currently feeling. LOL!
