  2. 6 am did a heck of a job. Kevin is a machine!
    Today is the first time in a long time that as soon as I started. I wanted to be done.
    Hicky and I did 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 105# Power cleans, CTB Pull ups and 35# DB Swings.
    I was moving like a turtle. Took 30 plus minutes. Chalking, taping, switching bands……..just could not get a grove today.
    Sooooo.I am looking forward to my rest day for sure.

  3. That workout was tough! I kept telling myself, “the next round will be easier”… it took forever. Definitely looking forward to a rest day tomorrow!
