  1. Had to do my own WOD here at home yesterday…sooooo lonely! No STFU’s or calling me #1..***sniffle*** it was horrible!
    Off to the beach today for the weekend ….Kim, I’ll see you on Tuesday!!!
    p.s. Maneaters still have a s*ck factor 8.5 no matter where you do them!

  5. This was a sprint. 7 minutes and something for me. 65# SDLHP. Not an rx for ring dips. Loved the work out and especially with my Hubby. People are still just figuring out that I am married to Clyde.
    Thanks for the special instruction from Brad and Clyde on the kipping. Still can’t do them yet though.

  7. That was a fun workout tonight…great job everyone! Pebbles….awesome job running the class!
    P.S. I have contacted a good friend of ours who owns “The Sport Factory,” and he is an expert in triathlon and biathlon training. I asked him to hold a seminar at CFNF to improve our technique and efficiency on our runs. Please let Kim or I know if you are interested in attending. Will probably be on a Sat. after our classes. Thank you.

    I enjoyed helping with the 5pm class. Brad ans Kim are perfect examples of great form and hold it on each rep every time. This is something I am striving for. To the 5pm crowd…your consistancy and dedication is paying off. You guys are in such great shape and are kicking butt at Crossfit. I see you everytime I am there and it shows.
    As for the running expert…I am IN…..Need all the help I can get.

  9. Kimmy girl, i dont think 6 seconds is on a plate…..especially with the form you keep. The sprints are fun…. Lower back doesn’t feel too hot, may just need to wear the same shoes the next two days cause I can’t reach down to take them off. I’m looking forward to the whole CFNF crew going down on sat and representing for brad and kim!….. G dog, u missed it, we had this smokin new teacher… Shoulda been there!
