I love our gym! Yall make it fun to get up and go to work every day. There is nothing I would rather be doing…except maybe living on the beach, fishing and drinking beer everyday, but thats besides the point.

what a great gym…..from the clients to the trainers….The thing I admire about Kim and Brad as trainers is they never let you get away with bad technique…they are always watching form….also, they are patient and wait for every client to finish while giving EVERY client one on one attention….what an amazing BOX….I love coming there everyday too…..I think we have a strong team of competitive athletes as well as deep friendships…as always..thank you Kim and Brad for allowing me to be a part…..

Brad and Kim congratulations and good job! In just 7 short weeks I can see a big difference in my form, technique and capabilities and it is all down to you and the environment you have created at the box. Imagine where I might be around the end of the year?
