great lunch crowd….enjoyed this workout….Ed has the time to beat…9:55rx…. but Ben did great….10:54rx..I worked out in the same heat as Ben…my time was 12:16rx….I was happy with that..for the record…only 3 seconds behind spider…:) see everyone tomorrow at lunch..

nice work, nooners! great job to ed with unstoppable toes to bars. i seriously need to work on deadlifts… i could probably count on one hand the number of times i’ve done them in the past year.
