“The Qualifier”
8 rounds for time of:
2 Squat Snatch (145/85)
4 Push Press or Push Jerks (145/85)
6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
200 Meter Run

22 minute time limit at Regionals.  Post time to comments.

Open Gym today from 9:30 to 11:30 and at 12:30pm.  You must be level 1 certified or a well seasoned member requiring no assistance to wod during these times.

  1. For those of you who have signed up for the race on monday, I need your shirt size so I can bring CFNF shirts to wear while we run. Or you can pick them up at the gym today or Friday. The plan is to bombard some “paleo” breakfast place when we are done…preferably, The Corner Deli (just a reminder Simon). Lookn forward to it!

  11. Tough WOD…19:15 RX. I wish I were more confident with snatches. 145 is intimidating, especially in the later rounds.
