  4. That was a lot of fun. I laughed a lot!!! I love my team! I am encouraged to do/try more events. I think we all should. As I watched all the competitors in the individual events I know Pistol would have ROCKED IT!!!! But glad she was on our team.
    Great to be back in the gym for SB. Of course I loved today’s WOD since it was over head. wooohoo!

    This morning’s WOD was good…I guess it’ll be awhile before I can build back up to decent squat weights and metcon times, but that’s OK! Great to see Doc push up 205lbs this AM on that last set of 5!!
