The HSPU’s Rx are a hazard. Ask Brad and he will tell you how I fell and how he rushed to help me after he had laughed and looked to see if anyone else had been watching.

Unfortunately, I will have to celebrate AFTER my trip, as it looks like I have some home maintenance issues i have to take care of tonight n tomorrow, and probably won’t make it in now to play tomorrow. 🙁 Have a great holiday, and I will introduce Nova Scotia to Crossfit this week!!
