Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

  7. Thanks to everyone who helped find Otis this morning. He def needs to be grounded. He finally came to Peaches in the Cul de Sac then he saw me and ran the other way. He knew he was gettin a beatin! Then that little bastard went and jumped into Jpos car! I’m still mad at him!
