Seal Sunday – No Class Monday, July 4th

Seal Sunday will be held at Murph and Ed’s house. Meet at CFNF at 8:45am to caravan. Wear a swimsuit and bring goggles and running shoes.

    Agreed! Thanks for including us and putting up with the extra “obstacles” in your lanes every one. The swimming felt great and this time was better than the last. Hope to keep improving!
