I like those WODs too. I hate to miss this one. I did the Total yesterday with Hicky. I PR’d on my DL but got an extremely sore back. (only happens on 1RM effort) I am going to take a rest day. Be in the rest of the week though.Got to get my game on to kick some KEGGER ASS!
