    pebbles, thanks for the reminder, hahaha. for those of you who weren’t there, we were practicing handstands against the wall, and i pretty much slammed into the wall like a bird might crash into a glass window. my abs got a good workout from laughing so hard though.
    i think i’ll still do the metcon at 5:30 but are we meeting early again tomorrow for strength?
