All thanks to DD for his encouragement, his “i know you can do it”, his belief in me:) I was scared, that’s for sure, but I knew in my heart that that little red box would not, could not defeat me!   8. Me either, Pebbs. I did rowing Helen today. My achilles was bothering me yesterday so I thought I would take it easy today. Hicky rocked that wod out at 10:55Rx! Oly lifting was fun today. We did Barski cleans, something new! I like it! You have to deadlift from floor then do 3 cleans from mid-thigh and then put bar down. Coach B says this is a great drill to work on finishing the pull.
