I saw this workout at the Garage Games on Saturday in the Men’s Rx division and it looked a lot easier than I made it today. Never mind. I guess I’m not as far along as I thought. Disappointed! Back in tomorrow to get back to work.
Good Job to the lunch crew for their rowing and Wall Balls and to Breeze and Stringer for their AirDyne and WB’s.
Hey Ben what was the top times on this workout at the Garage Games? do you know?
Hey Bostic,
I reckon Nate Schraeder did it in around 4mins, Andrew Rape also finished pretty quick, probably nearer 5 mins and Landon Brazell was likely in the 5’s as well. There was one other individual who I did not recognize who also went quick and unbroken in one of the later heats, but I only saw two guys go unbroken through five heats and keep a good pace throughout.
How’s training coming? Looking forward to seeing you hit regionals and make it to the Games this year! Best of luck!
Bostic,
I was wrong. Nate Schraeder won the triplet but his time was around 5 mins, not 4 as I had presupposed. Here’s the video link:
I suddenly don’t feel quite so bad about yesterday.
Cheers,
Ben.
Which one is Landon?
