  5. OH my GOD…..that was a hard workout…..I have been a slack arse for about 2 months….hard workout to come back to….power cleans(63) pounds…31 min even……I am REALLY slow……my goal today was juat to finish…..see everyone tomorrow…..go JETS tonight!!!
