  5. okay…forget what a BITCH Cindy was….only got 15 rounds pr is 17…so got some work to do…Spider did awesome.(19rx)..I enjoyed working with the lunch crew…very supportive of each other….we ALL did great…see everyone tomorrow at lunch.

  6. Lunch crew did great!! I did Mary instead to change it up and lost three large chunks of skin, one on my right hand and then two more on my left, which made the pull-ups a challenge. Still, did pretty well, just missing out on my 14th round by three pull-ups. 13rnds+27 Rx.
    Hope to see you all tomorrow, depending on the state of the hands.

  7. Great workout and support from all. Hags you were stupendous. Shout out to Spider, JPO (my box sharer),and Scott my squat partner. Q and the married couple did great too. That felt so good!!! (after it was over of course).
