5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

  2. Good job HAGS. I am very out of practice with CTB.I was 6 plus 29RX but did multiple pull ups where my chest did not hit the bar so they didn’t count and had to RE-DO. I though I was going to have to use the little purple band to make the CTB’s happen today so I am grateful for the 35 I got. Felt sluggish. Looking forward to tomorrow and feeling better.

  4. Great job!! Missed you too. Went at 5 pm. 6 rounds plus 25, 5 from 7. Very sluggish. Over rotated on one of the KB swings. I did the first two sets of c2b with the band but the chest (b.i.o.n.) didn’t make the bar so I switched to jumping.
