great times on Saturday…This WOD made me feel really out of shape though! Need to get back on the wagon…
Saturday was not quite what I had expected personally. Really struggled on the PC’s and as a result had to put more into the C2B’s than I had anticipated, making the DL’s very hard. Never mind, we’ll win this weekend and go into the finals at .500. This weekend’s workout is a good one for us. Had I done the time I thought I could, we would have won, so it was disappointing. Pistol crushed her competition!
Hags I’m not going to make the 12:30 workout today. Will shoot for 5pm/5:45 pm.
Feeling my back and shoulder still so taking another day. Likely be back in tomorrow. Very bitty attendance at the moment. Just can’t get 100%
