We had an awesome time at the Spartan Race!  This is about half the crew.  Fun in the mud!  We are already looking forward to this event next year.

  1. Guys I plan on being there at 12.30pm today, a little later than usual for a Monday. What time do you need to leave? That will determine what I end up doing. I’d like to squat and then do a short WOD, but that may mean I am not out until 2pm. If that’s an issue, I can do one or the other.
