Maryann is 69 years young!  and has great kettlebell swings! 

Five rounds for time of:
50 pound dumbbell, walking lunge, 10 alternating steps
50 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps

    Yes it is only 1 DB for the lunges, 10 total steps (5 each leg) Carry it the best way you can.
    And the Swing is just like the Kettle Bell Swing.

    Did the workout at the Ashford Dunwoody YMCA during my lunch break. Had a blast doing it. I definitely think I made a few people uncomfortable during the workout. I don’t think most people expect someone to waltz into a gym and start doing dumbbell swings and lunges like a mad man.
    Ironically, immediately after I finished my workout, a female patron began doing the WOD.
    Again next week is the SEAL Challenge at the Westminister School. I have signed up for the 9:40 am time slot. If anyone is interested in signing up, please vist the website below and register

    The extra run was just what that WOD needed!! Legs are sore…ass is cramping…shoulder blades hurt from Pistol being a meanie…mmmmmm..good day!!!
