WOD:

Farmers Walk
100 burpees
farmers walk
200 double unders
farmers walk
100 box jumps
farmers walk
200 squats

This is a two person team workout.  Farmers walk will be with a loaded barbell 135/95.  Reps are total numbers and may be divided any way.  Only one team mate can exercise at a time, except during the farmers walk.
