  3. Ooooooh! Nice one. I love this work out. Two of my favs. May have to make this up when I get back in town. Anytime I get to wear my DO Wins… I am a happy xfitter.
    I’m in for the burpee thing.Will catch up when I get back Thursday.Will have to do 5 burpees when I get back I think.
