    Good to work in with Ross today.
    Press 105lbs (which I dont think is a 1RM PR, I think I’m at 108)
    Push Press (3) 135lbs.
    Jerk 120lbs (5) tried 125 and did 2 really bad jerks, one good one and dropped it.
    Looking forward to tomorrow already.
    Next week I am going to practice Oly lifting in addition to WODs but this week I am sticking with HQ to get started again.
    I missed seeing everyone.

Well, my Crossfit training came into play this morning when I got to work and our parking lot was flooded (Peachtree Creek is behind us) and my boss went to Home Depot and got a pallet of sand bags and we did a brigade of lining the building with 50 pound sandbags. I was the only girl out there helping.

  15. are there still classes tonight? i am at work but i’ll leave to go home asap if i know the gym won’t be open. not wimping out (like i did all last week, i know) but more roads are closing all the time and i do not want to be stranded high and dry (ha) because i waited to leave school.
