20 Deadlifts (275lbs) /Run 400m

20 KB swings (2pood) /Run 400m

20 Overhead Squats (115lbs) /Run 400m

20 Burpees /Run 400m

20 Pullups (Chest to Bar) /Run 400m

20 Box jumps (24") /Run 400m

20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each) /Run 400m

This new hero WOD is a fundraiser to help the families of the fallen soldiers and wounded at Ft. Hood.  CrossFit Lumberjack lost 4 members in this attack.  Please help if you can.  You can bring a donation into the gym or you can donate online here

  2. Hey, I know the posting usually low on Saturday. But let us know how it goes. We are in NC having a great time with family at Great Wolf Lodge. We hate to miss today’s WOD. We are getting a bit of a WOD here as every slide is 3 to 4 stories up of stairs! Collin is the slide king!

  3. 38:35rx 8AM in the snow and cold was brutal!

  4. 26:06rx except subbed 95lb squat cleans since we have no 45lb dumbbells.
    I really liked this wod. And last I checked we raised $200 down here.

  5. 34:31 Rx…absolute terrible 400m course. Wish it were flat, but still a really good workout.

    So you think you will be better, or worse of an athlete for having a harder 400m course?
    your “time” doesn’t matter. results do.
    thank you for all who participated in this workout. its been a sad time for the Army these past couple weeks.
