  1. To all our members, thank you for making 2008 so memorable. Brad and I are so thankful to all of you that have helped make CrossFit North Fulton a success. We couldn’t imagine a better group of CrossFitters to work with every day. We look forward to personal records, personal firsts, big dogs, old dogs & the new dogs in 2009.

  3. Alright! What an awesome New Years Eve at CFNF so far.
Taylor Clark is visiting us for the rest of the week before he and his family get transfered to Germany with the US Navy. He is a CrossFit trainer form Amelia Island. He and Doc kicked butt at 6am!!! See ya Friday Taylor and Doc.
It was awesome to meet Anna. She dropped in for the 830 class with some previous CrossFit experience and she and Martine did an awesome job on this tough work out.
Xena…as always was a warrior at 7am! We also had Margie and Barney together! Yay! Great job 7am.
It was also awesome to meet Tray. He is visiting from Texas. He is an avid Crossfitter and I think Austin and Blake and Michael and some of you other monsters better look out Friday. He is tough!! He has a 350 FGB.Sweet!!!!
    See everyone at 12:30.

  4. Thanks to everyone at CFNF for making 2008 a very memorable year for me. I have loved every painful minute of sweating and bleeding with you all, and I am so appreciative of all the encouragement that each one of you has offered me along the way.

  7. Pebbles, you rock! Thanks for your encouragement this morning.
Happy New Year to all my fellow Cross Fitters. When I think of where I was last year at this time (recuperating from major surgery where I was basically cut in half) to doing Fight Gone Bad on New Years Eve, it’s hard to believe.
But I have to give major props to Kim and Brad for teaching me how to do everything to all their cheerleading along the way to pushing me to add more weight to the bar and go to a smaller band:).
Thanks for teaching this old dog new tricks and believing in me. As Brad said the other day, I’m a Lifer now!
Everyone at CFNF is so supportive and motivating and my wish is for all of us to have a prosperous 2009 with lots of wall balls, box jumps and burpees:)
    Happy New Year!!

I just wanted to post to my crossfit family… First and foremost; I would like to thank Kim and Brad for making me feel so welcome at their gym. I really enjoyed meeting everyone at crossfit over the past year; and my resolution for 2009 is to be working out next to you guys… Consistancy is my goal … I really enjoyed training Hicky over the past year ….She had two fights and her record is 1-1 TKO..Not bad!!! Looking forward to see what happens in 2009 with her fighting.. Hope everyone has a safe and fun New Year!!! Hagler

Thanks everyone for a great end of 2008. It’s nice to finally see the progress I’m making, and I couldn’t have done it without the support of my Crossfit family.
I look forward to making more strides with all of you in 2009 (and maybe earning a nickname haha).
    Happy New Year to everyone!
