Saturday – Partner WOD!


Hold 'em!  Grab a partner and a deck of cards.  Take turns flipping the cards and do the following movements:

Spades:  Power Cleans (95,65)

Clubs: Wall Balls (20,14)

Diamonds:  Depth jumps (jump from the top of a 20 inch box – land in a squat)

Hearts:  Partner burpees – (jump over your partner)

Complete the deck and post your time to comments.
