With a continuously running clock do 1 muscle up the first minute, 2 muscle ups the second minute, 3 the third and so on until you can not add 1 in a minute but no longer than 6 minutes. (sub 2 CTB pull ups, 3 pull ups or 4 ring rows as an alternative)
