TEAM “CHRISTINE”: In teams of two with one person working at a time share 3 rounds of Run 800 or Row 1000 42 box jumps and 24 body weight dead lifts . The weight on the bar you pull for dead lifts must equal your bodyweight for RX. Box height is 20 “. Split the rowing or running however you like. You must complete the run or row before moving to box jumps and must complete box jumps before moving to dead lifts .
