Friday Workout of the Day

EMOM do FOUR SETS of each excercise for 20 seconds and rest for 40,then rotate to next excercise.

Continue to do FOUR sets of each excercise at 95% effort for 20 seconds, resting for 40 seconds in between.
1. TNG power clean and Jerk 95/65 (Beginners do DB hang power clean and anyway overhead)
2. Row
3. Double Unders
4. nopubbj (jump to 2 stacked plates or a 12″ box, NOTHING HIGHER.
