Wednesday Workout of the Day

A. In 10 minutes find a 5RM Deadlift for the day. B. With 3 people to each rower *Row 500m sprint x 5. P1 rows then rests while P2 rows and P3 rows ect.. Rotate until everyone rows 500m 5 times. * For every second slower you are each round pay a burpee.
