7 DB thrusters 50/35 (holding two KB)

7 pull ups

7 box overs
When the clock hits 20:00
AMRAP 15 minutes:

In teams of two or three alternate rounds of:

7 burpees

7 goblet squats 70/53

7 KB SDLHP 70/53
1 person works at a time.
ABS

15 partner leg toss ( one partner stands while the other lies fact up holding onto the ankles. P1 pushes the feet to the floor and P2 does a leg raise to get them back up.

1 minute weighted plank

20 Russian twists with a KB or plate or med ball

x3.

do all three exercises then switch and complete the set 3 x each partner.
