Monday Workout of the Day

  A. EMOM 12 minutes:
Minute 1: 20 count wall run ( sub 6 single arm DB presses per arm)
Minute 2:3-5 supine strict pull ups
Minute 3: 4 weighted pistols per leg.
Minute 4: 10 hollow rocks.
Plus
With a partner AMRAP 20 minutes:
20 thrusters 75/55
20 pull ups
20 burpees.
Alternate as needed but complete all 20 of the exercise before moving to the next.
