A.1.Back Squat 3 x 5 adding 5-10# to last week.
A.2 SA KB row @31X1 8-12 reps/arm HEAVY. Rest 30 sec btw arms.

B. 5 rounds of:
10 wall balls
10 pistols or single leg squats to a box
10 step ups on a high box
100M sprint
rest 1 minute.
